Create Outlook Template Online
Type the new folder and path you want to use and word will save any new templates in that folder.
Create outlook template online. Under file locations select user templates from the list and then click modify. Either open the message in the reading pane or in a separate window. If you want to set this template as your default outlook email theme go to your outlook options menu mail look for the stationery and fonts button. Select the message to which you want to reply. To change where word automatically saves your templates on the word menu click preferences and then under personal settings click file locations.
Click on it then select the template that you saved above and click ok to set it as the default email theme. If the message displays in the reading pane select the home tab. Create an email message template in the message window click the file tab. If the message appears in a separate window select.
In the file name box type a name for your template and then click save.
